Start with price, stock and order-status questions, using data read from your system. Promotions, returns, exceptions and final order confirmation stay with your team and the customer.

Start now if

  • Price and stock questions swamp your team
  • Prices and stock already live in a system
  • Orders are noted by hand and get lost

Not yet, if

Frequently asked questions

Can it recommend products?

It can filter a catalog using defined criteria and explain available product records. It must not invent compatibility, features or discounts.

Can it take orders automatically?

An order can be prepared where an authorized integration exists. Customer confirmation, terms and payment controls must be defined before purchases are enabled.

What if inventory is outdated?

The agent should flag uncertainty and seek review rather than promise availability. Connection and update frequency are part of the design.

How is improvement measured?

Use a baseline for questions, errors, handoffs and operations time. Sales outcomes are measured separately and are not attributed to an agent without evidence.
