Data consultancy in Paraguay: what to organize first

Start with the data cross-check that takes the most hours to build by hand: join the ERP and each area’s spreadsheets in an organized database that updates itself. Defining each figure and deciding with it stays with your management.

Start now if

  • Each area shows up with its own number
  • Reports are built by pasting spreadsheets into Excel
  • The ERP lets you export or read its data

Not yet, if

  • Nobody can decide which figure is official
  • Key data only exists on paper

Frequently asked questions

What if our data is in Excel?

That's the most common starting point and it's not a problem: we integrate spreadsheets, databases, ERPs and APIs. What matters is starting with the most painful processes.

Do we need to hire an internal data team?

Not to start. We build and document everything; your current team can operate the essentials, and when volume justifies it we help you define the first hire.

Cloud or on our servers?

We recommend cloud for cost and reliability (we're Backed by AWS Activate), but we assess your case: some companies have constraints that are respected from the design stage.

How long does a first project take?

A first pipeline with a dashboard on a critical process is usually in production within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on source complexity.
