Before you start
We build agents with tools and controlled system access, rather than a chatbot that only replies. We define what they can read, which actions they can take and when they must hand over to a person.
We first review existing systems and available interfaces. Where feasible, we propose a bounded integration instead of assuming everything must be replaced.
Choose a repetitive process with accessible data, an accountable owner and a way to measure quality. Initial evaluation determines scope and limits.
The ones that repeat every week, follow stable rules and cost money when they fail: reconciliations, operational reports, data entry between systems and answers to frequent questions. Evaluation measures frequency and cost before choosing.
