The Latin American Artificial Intelligence Index (ILIA 2025), produced by CENIA and ECLAC, assesses 19 countries. Paraguay scored 31.20/100 (ranked 14th, “explorers” group) and Ecuador 40.68/100 (ranked 10th, “adopters” group).

Can I compare my score with my country’s ILIA?
Not directly. ILIA 2025 (CENIA and ECLAC) measures national ecosystems with public indicators; this test is a self-assessment of one company. We show ILIA only as country context.
Why do you ask for my details, and what do you do with my answers?
Before you start, we ask for your first and last name, company and email. The score is calculated in your browser; when you see the result, your details, answers and score go to the BlueliftAI team so we can follow up with next steps. We do not share them with third parties.
